Ernie Coufal, Principal Broker: My Highest Priority Is My Client's Best Interest. I have been a Realtor for over 11 years, the last 8 years as a Principal Broker/Manager. My work in Planning and Community development, banking and as a principal in my own real estate development projects gives me a unique perspective of the legal and other complex issues in real estate. I have always been involved in the communities that I have lived in. Community involvement has included positions on the Boards of Directors and as a volunteer for several non-profit and economic development organizations. In addition I have been very active in the Chambers of Commerce of the communities I have lived in. I work to promote professionalism in real estate through my participation in many real estate organizations, including Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors, Clark County Association of Realtors and Women's Council of Realtors. I believe that the level of teamwork in any organization determines its success. I strive to create a team of Staff and Brokers that work together toward a common goal of meeting the needs of our clients and the members of our team in a professional and supportive manner.
